Once you have chosen a plan that suits you, you’ll need to answer a few questions to give us a better understanding of your business and the content you expect to receive. Upload your company logo plus any other assets that you think we’ll need, connect your social media profiles to the dashboard and then we can begin creating your content, which you can expect to receive within 5 business days.

When your content is ready, we’ll send you an email containing your login details to access your own personal dashboard. Here, you can review, edit and reschedule your posts if necessary, or submit feedback, request revisions, upload additional content for us to use, tell us of any upcoming initiatives you may have and much, much more.

Do I have to share my social media profile login details?

Nope! Simply connect your social media profiles to your personal dashboard during signup and we will be able to schedule your posts. Simple.

How do you know what to post for my business?

When you sign up you’ll be asked to complete a questionnaire so we can find out more about your business and the type of content that you expect. We thoroughly research every company we work with before creating content, so we will only post high-quality content that is relevant for your audience.

What kind of posts will you create for my business?

We will create a variety of posts for your business based on the answers you provide in our questionnaire after signing up. This could be product/service information, company information, industry news, industry statistics, trivia, quotes etc based on your preferences. We will create a mixture of educational, promotional and interactive content to attract, engage and build trust with your audience.

Can I see the posts you create before they are published?

Absolutely. You can review all scheduled content by logging in to your personal dashboard. Here you can review, edit and reschedule posts, submit feedback, request revisions, upload additional content for us to use and much more.

Can I still post on my own social media profiles?

Of course! You can use your dashboard to publish or schedule your own posts (in addition to the posts we schedule for you) to all of your connected social media profiles simultaneously.

What if I have specific things I would like to promote?

We will create posts for any content requests that you may have. You can tell us of any upcoming promotions via your dashboard. Due to our strict working schedule, we kindly ask for at least 10 days notice for any content requests, as this will allow enough time for us to create and schedule your posts, and enough time for you to review them before they are published. If you need to post something urgently, then you can do so yourself using your dashboard.

How often do I need to review posts?

We create and schedule your posts every 14 days, so you only need to review your posts once every fortnight. We’ll send you an email each time your new posts are ready to review and give you at least 72 hours notice before the first post is due to be published. This will allow you enough time to make changes or request a revision if necessary.

Can I request changes to the posts you schedule?

Of course. All of our plans include unlimited revisions. You can request as many revisions as you like – we will change your post(s) until you are happy with the result. You can easily request revisions in your personal dashboard.

Who will be creating my posts?

Our remote team of content creators are based in native English-speaking countries worldwide. You will be assigned a designated content creator who specializes in creating content for businesses in your specific industry. Your content creator will be responsible for researching your business and creating your posts every 14 days.

Yes. All our blogs are SEO-optimized. We include one monthly blog article (500 words) as part of our All Inclusive plan. You can add extra blog articles to your plan via your dashboard for an additional monthly fee.

Which social media platforms do you publish to?

We are able to create and schedule content for Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn (Personal and Company Pages) and Google Business Profiles. You decide which profiles to include as part of your plan during signup.
